One brand name, multiple assignments
The German-language provider FAQ ↗ now names Crestmark Trading Ltd with C/56519 and as registered office Suite 124, Signature Portomaso, Vjal Portomaso, St. Julian's, PTM 01, Malta. It distinguishes the offering from an independent company in the Seychelles. This information comes from the provider; the registered office and effective date of the renaming still need to be confirmed using the Maltese register.
FDCTech, Inc. lists the Maltese company in the consolidated report as of 30.06.2026 with 100% ownership. FDCTech is traded under FDCT in the OTC market. Its SEC reports document, among other things, the acquisition, group structure, and an internal transfer of shares reported in 2026. These group disclosures are verified separately for the individual company.
