The nextmarkets AG was created from the nextmarkets GmbH through a change of legal form. The register explicitly names the predecessor with the identifier HRB 80770.
In 2018, DasChart GmbH changed its name to nextmarkets Publishing GmbH. The register identifier HRB 81353 remained the same.
Both extracts document the departure of Manuel Heyden and the appointment of Debasish Dutta in 2023. The entries were made on different days.
